• Creating duplicate hierarchy values with the same name as either an active or archived values will trigger an error message and prevent saving of the value. Note that values with the same name but different parents are not considered duplicates.
• Correct issue of form not loading in the record list even when set as default.
• Correct error thrown during cloning a form which had summary notifications grouped by hierarchy configured and “Select all” and/or “Send separate emails per hierarchy type” selected.
