Release Notes v2026.15.0
Scheduled Deployment: 9 Apr 2026
Enhancements
- Introduced a dedicated audit logging mechanism to track creation, updates and deletions of scheduled record configurations.
- Improvements have been made to allow multiple executions in one Rule, with a maximum of 5 actions per rule. A single rule can now execute multiple actions (e.g. update current record and create one or more child records) under the same trigger. Constraints ensure only one “update” action per target (current record, same existing record, same parent form, same record link field) to avoid conflicting updates. Multiple create child record actions are supported, with all child records handled reliably. All configured actions are executed as if in parallel before updates are committed to the triggering record.
- Based on user feedback about the new full data PDF export, the structure and naming have been refined. All exported files (records, attachments, linked records) are now placed in the root folder of the export, rather than nested per-record subdirectories. More meaningful file names can be configured in the ‘Search’ tab of the form editor.
Support
- Updated the scheduled record configuration label from “Date of First Creation” to “Do not create records before” to better reflect its behaviour for start of record creation.
- Investigated and addressed an issue where some email notifications were not being delivered due to the email having several attachments which collectively exceeded the server size limit for the email.
- Ensure that a warning message is given during record import when there is a missing column for a mandatory field in the import file instead of the import failing with no error message.
- Corrected an issue where in some cases emails were failing to send when using the EMAIL field type.
- Corrected an issue where in some cases saving a form caused an error.
- Corrected an issue where records no longer linked to a record where still being shown in the record list.
- Viking 2.0 - Corrected an issue where date fields were being exported as a different type than expected in Excel.
