Administration & Platform Controls

• Questionnaire Attachment Permissions: Updated GET /files/attachment/{attachmentId}/url to verify questionnaire section access permissions before providing download URLs

Viking 2.0

General Enhancements

• Link fields have been updated so that the link can be clicked even whilst in edit mode 
• When linking records, the screen is now simplified with a single table and checkboxes to indicate linked records
• Added a loading-spinner overlay and temporarily disabled controls while a record is being saved, preventing accidental multiple submissions and focus-related issues.

General Enhancements

• Users' affiliation is available as an optional column along with filtering     
• Improved view deletion.
• Linked scheduled exports are now automatically disabled when a view is removed, helping protect against accidental deletion.

• Fixed an issue where importing occupational requirements could drop links to archived competencies.

Bug Fixes

• Added a warning when attachments are not uploaded correctly, allowing the user to retry the upload or continue without the impacted attachment(s)
• Corrected an issue where a record's title would not update as expected
• Corrected an issue where refreshing a record did not fetch the latest data for questionnaire fields
• Aligned workflow button visibility with Viking so fields in Access Control-hidden sections correctly trigger button conditions.
• Fixed an issue where the Save button remained disabled after editing the Hierarchy section.
• User hierarchy columns are no longer enabled or displayed by default in the User Administration grid.
• Eliminated duplicate concurrent GET requests for an open record following mutation operations.
• Fixed virtualiser height sizing in flex-column containers, preventing scrollbar jumping and jitter during infinite scrolling.
