Enhancements

• The logic to create or update child records through the rules engine has been implemented. For creation of child records triggering of the rule creates a record and links it to the field selected in the Target Record Link field of the rule. If “Update child records” is chosen, all records in the record link field are updated as per the actions configured in the rule. These changes support only the regular record link field.

Support

• Ensure that filtering is applied when exporting Training Management – Occupational Requirement records to an Excel file.
• Update the error message to clearly communicate the situation when a user attempts to add an option with the same caption as an existing COMBOBOX option. If the user is attempting to add an option with the same caption as an archived one, the prompt  “Archived field option already exists. Do you want to restore the archived value?” will be displayed. If attempting to add an option with the same caption as an existing active one, the prompt “Field option already exists” will be displayed.
• Correct issue of duplicate COMBOBOX options being incorrectly created for dependant options in the situation where the user selects the same parent value as an existing dependant option and then cancels the change after the warning message is displayed.
• Ensure that drop-down values in the Excel template do not have archived values.
• In the Excel template, ensure that drop-down values for selection appear on all rows for MULTISELECTFIELD and COMBOBOX field types instead of only the first row of the file.
• Prevent timeout errors when retrieving records which contain types of PERSONFIELD or MULTISELECTPERSONFIELD.
• When records belonging to a module/form used by a widget are updated or created, ensure that these records sync correctly with no errors produced in the logs.
• Prevent error from occurring when deleting field/s from a form in the form editor.
