Configuring AI Behavior

An administrators guide to configuring the behaviour of integrated AI features on the myosh platform.

Overview

Administrators using the Viking 2.0 Form Editor can customise how the AI interacts with specific forms. This ensures the AI's analysis is aligned with company-specific safety methodologies and terminology.

Form-Level AI Settings

These settings are found in the Form Editor under the general form configuration properties:

  • Form Level Global Prompt: This acts as a background "system prompt." Any AI field or analysis triggered on this form will adhere to these instructions. Use this to define the AI's tone, safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001), or organisational context.
  • Single Record AI Analysis Prompt: This field allows you to override the default instructions for the standard "Analyse with AI" (test beaker) icon. If you want the AI to focus on specific compliance checks or use a particular summarisation style for that module, enter those instructions here.

Adding a Custom AI Field

Administrators can create dedicated AI-powered workflows by adding an AI_FIELD to a form. Unlike the standard analysis icon, an AI_FIELD is a button designed to perform a specific task (e.g., "Summarise Witness Statements" or "Extract Data from Receipt Image").

For configuration details, see the AI_FIELD entry in the Field Types documentation.
