Where does the 'My Activities' list come from?
The 'My Activities' feature provides a personalised list of all records that currently require a user's attention. It aggregates important items from various modules into a central to-do list, which can be found on the user's Home page or under the My Activities navigation tab. 1
A record appears in a user's 'My Activities' list if the user has an active Notification Badge for that specific record. These badges are the direct trigger for what is displayed in the 'My Activities' list. 1 2
Notification Badges are configured by an administrator and are designed to guide users to active records that need attention, such as an Incident Report awaiting sign-off. They are typically set to appear when a record is assigned to a person or when its status changes to a specific workflow step. 2
