Version Control

In the 'Version' tab, configure versioning and related permissions.

  1. Navigate to the 'Version' tab.
  2. Enable versioning.
    • Automatic versioning rules can create new versions if records share a field value.
  3. Configure group permissions for:
    • Deleting past versions
    • Editing past versions
    • Viewing past versions
    • Creating new versions
  4. Users not in configured groups are denied these functionalities.
