Version Control

- Enable versioning.
- Automatic versioning rules can create new versions if records share a field value.
- Configure group permissions for:
- Deleting past versions
- Editing past versions
- Viewing past versions
- Creating new versions
- Users not in configured groups are denied these functionalities.
