Analysing an Individual Record

Guidance for using the single record AI analysis function.

Overview

The Analyse with AI function (test beaker icon) triggers an automated review of a single open record. It evaluates all data fields on the form and any attached PDF documents and images to provide a summary and a logical check of the data.

How to Run the Analysis

  1. Open a record.
  2. Select the test beaker icon at the top right.
  3. A section titled 'AI Analysis' will appear at the top of the record.

Customisation

The output of this analysis is determined by the system default unless an administrator has provided an override in the Single Record AI Analysis Prompt field within the Form Editor.

Important: The text in the 'AI Analysis' section is for reference only and is cleared when the record is closed. If you need the AI to populate data permanently into the record, use an AI_FIELD instead.
