AI Features Overview

Learn about the suite of integrated AI capabilities optionally available on the myosh platform.

Purpose of AI Features

The myosh platform includes Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities that provide automated analysis of your data. These features allow for automated data validation, trend identification across record lists, and the creation of custom AI-driven workflows within forms.

Note: AI features are a premium subscription add-on and are managed via the Viking 2.0 Form Editor.

Key Capabilities

  1. Standard Single Record Analysis: A system-wide tool (the test beaker icon) that provides an immediate summary and quality check of an open record, including its PDF attachments.
  2. Analyse Records (List View): A tool to analyze trends and summarize data across multiple records based on custom user instructions.
  3. Custom AI Fields (AI_FIELD): Administrators can add custom buttons to forms that perform specific AI tasks, such as extracting data from images/PDFs or processing specific input fields into text outputs.

Administrative Control

In Viking 2.0, administrators have granular control over AI behavior through:

  • Form Level Global Prompts: Set a "system persona" or base instructions for all AI interactions within a specific form.
  • Single Record AI Analysis Overrides: Customize exactly what the standard "Analyse with AI" button looks for when evaluating a record.
