Creating a Contractor Record
Step-by-step guide to initiating a new contractor record in the Contractor Management module and inviting the contractor.
Follow these steps to create a new contractor record:

Select the Contractor Management module.

Select 'New Record'.
Contracting Organisation

Complete the 'Business/Trading Name'.

Enter 'Company Name' (if applicable).

Enter 'ABN'. Enter 'N/A' if not available.
Details

Select 'Yes' or 'No' for whether a Contractor Assessment is required.

• If 'Yes', select the appropriate 'Risk Profile' from the dropdown. The contractor will need to answer questions associated with this profile.

• If 'No', no Risk Profile selection is needed.

Select the 'Contractor Co-ordinator' from the dropdown. This person liaises with the contractor representative and can receive notifications.
Documents for Review by Contractor

Use the 'Select' button to add documents (e.g., site inductions, policies) that the contractor needs to review.

Select 'Log New' to attach a new file if needed (refer to 'Adding Attachments' help document).
Send Login Details to Contractor

Select the 'Invite Contractor' button.

Enter the contractor representative's email in the 'Add one or more email addresses' field.

Add any additional text to the message body if desired.

Select 'Send Invitation'.
Form Submission

Select 'Submit' once all sections are complete. The status changes to 'Pending Contractor Action', and the contractor receives the registration link.

Select 'Save' to keep the record as 'Draft' if more information is needed before submitting.
