Reporting and Configuration
Information for administrators on configuring the CCM module to organisational needs and leveraging CCM data for reporting and dashboards.
Purpose
This section is primarily for myosh administrators. It outlines how to tailor the CCM module to your organization's specific needs and how to leverage the data for reporting and insights.
1. CCM Reporting and Dashboards
Data captured in the CCM and Controls modules can be used to build reports and dashboards for monitoring performance.
- What to Monitor:
- Status of Critical Risk Assessments/MUEs (e.g., number "Assessed," number with "Control Issues").
- Status and effectiveness of Critical Controls (e.g., number "Effective," "Not Effective").
- Verification performance (e.g., number of verifications, pass/fail rates).
- Overdue MUE reviews or control verifications.
- Actions linked to MUEs or controls.
- Data Sources for Reporting: Key information from your "Critical Risk Assessment," "Controls," and "Critical Control Verification" records (like risk ratings, control ownership, verification outcomes, statuses, review dates) can be pulled into dashboard widgets and custom reports. Filtering by organisational hierarchy is often possible.
2. Configuring the CCM Module
System administrators can extensively configure the CCM and Controls modules.
- Key Configurable Areas:
- Forms: Define and customise fields, layouts, and conditional visibility for forms like "Critical Risk Assessment," "Controls," "Cause," "Consequence," "Critical Control Verification," and the various Performance Standard forms.
- Workflows: Design the steps, progression paths, and visual indicators for MUE and Control record workflows. Assign role-based permissions for workflow actions.
- Automation Rules:
- Set up conditions for automatic status changes (e.g., MUE status changing if a linked control fails).
- Configure email notifications triggered by workflow events or specific data changes.
- User Access: Define user roles and their permissions for creating, viewing, editing, and managing records.
- Integrations: Manage links to other myosh modules (e.g., Actions, Incidents).
- Hierarchy: Configure how CCM records utilize your organizational hierarchy for association and reporting.
This flexibility allows myosh CCM to be adapted to your specific operational context, risk management framework, and program maturity.
