Can the due date be changed in an Action?
Yes, the due date for an action can be changed. This is typically done to extend the deadline for an action that is in an Open or Overdue state. 1
To change the due date:
- Open the action record.
- Click Edit at the top of the form if needed.
- Update the 'Due Date' field to a future date.
- Click Save.
If the action was in an 'Overdue' state, changing the 'Due Date' to a future date should revert its status to 'Open'. 1
