How to re-assign an Action?
To re-assign an action, edit the action record, change the person selected in the 'Assigned to' field, and save the changes. This can typically be done if the action is in a Draft, Open, or Overdue state. 1

- Open the existing action record.
- If necessary, click Edit at the top of the form.
- Change the person selected in the 'Assigned to' field.
