2. Select "New Record".
3. Update the Hierarchy if required.
4. Enter the "Month Ending" date.
5. Select the "Affiliation" (e.g., Employee, Contractor).
6. Enter the "Total Hours Worked" and "Number of Employees" for the period.
7. Select "Submit". Records must be submitted to be included in dashboard reports. 1
