How Public Invitations Work

1. An administrator enables the 'Public Invitation' option for a specific online course.
2. A unique link and QR code are generated for that course.
3. This link or QR code can be shared with contractors or other external individuals.
4. When the recipient accesses the link, they complete a simple registration form with their email and name.
5. Upon course completion, a training record is automatically created and stored in the Contractor Training Record section of the Training Records module. 1
