Customising Column Headings

How to change the columns displayed in the main record list view for a module.

You can customize the columns shown in the main display list for most modules to show the information most relevant to you.

Steps to Customise Columns

  1. Locate the 'Settings' or 'Manage' option, often represented by a gear or menu icon, near the column headings or record list controls.
  2. A list of available column headings will appear. Currently displayed headings usually have a checkmark next to them.
  3. Select the checkboxes for the headings you want to display.
  4. Deselect the checkboxes for headings you want to hide.
  5. The record list will update to show the selected columns.

Note: Administrators can often set the default column layout for all users. See 'Update Default Record List'.
