Automated Notifications
The Health Management module uses automated email notifications to keep relevant personnel informed, especially about items that are due or overdue.

- Email Content Example: The email typically includes:
- The person's name and the specific health item.
- Details like Health Type, Provider, Scheduled/Renewal Date, and any comments.

- When is it sent? This notification is usually triggered when a record's status changes to 'Overdue' (because the 'Scheduled/Renewal Date' has passed).
- Who receives it? Typically, the email is sent to the person listed in the 'Person' field of the health record. Other stakeholders might be included depending on your organization's setup.
- Timing: Emails are usually sent at a predefined time each day (e.g., 8:00 AM).
Notification Badges on Records
In addition to emails, you'll often see notification badges directly within the Health Management module's record lists. These visual cues (e.g., 'Overdue: Flu Vaccination - Due: 01/07/2024') provide an immediate way to identify records that are in an 'Overdue' status and require attention.
