Health Management Overview
Understand the purpose, main features, and key functionalities of the Health Management module.
Introduction to Health Management
The Health Management module helps your organization track and manage health-related requirements and records for your personnel. Its main goal is to ensure that scheduled health checks, vaccinations, and other health items are monitored, promoting compliance and ensuring timely renewals.
Purpose of the Module:
- Maintain a centralised record of individual health requirements (e.g., medical checks, vaccinations).
- Track completion dates and, crucially, upcoming renewal dates for these health items.
- Manage the status of health records through a clear workflow (e.g., Draft, Open, Overdue, Complete).
- Facilitate timely follow-up on health items that are due or overdue, often through automated notifications.
Key Functionalities
- Centralised Records: Keep all employee health-related information in one accessible place.
- Global Search: Easily find specific Health Management records using the system's global search, typically by typing the person's name.
- Notification Badges: Quickly identify records needing attention through visual badges in your record lists, such as 'Overdue: [Health Item] - Due: [Scheduled/Renewal Date]'.
- Automated Archiving: Health records can be automatically archived if the associated person's main record is archived (e.g., if they leave the organization). If the person's record is reinstated, the health record can also return to an active status.
- Data Organisation: The module uses your organisation's standard hierarchy structure (e.g., Company, Division, Department, Site) to organise records and manage access.
