Navigating the myosh Mobile App
Guide to the main navigation elements of the myosh mobile app: Home Screen, Create New, Modules, and My Activities.
The mobile app interface is designed for quick access to key functions.
Home Screen
This is the main screen displayed after login. It provides quick access points. You can return to the Home Screen from other parts of the app by selecting the Home icon (usually at the bottom).
Create New
Located on the Home Screen, this section displays icons for frequently used modules (e.g., Action, Hazards, Incident). Slide across the icons to see available forms and select one to create a new record directly. For modules like Inspections with multiple forms, selecting the Inspection icon will display a list of available inspection forms to choose from.
Frequently Used
Also on the Home Screen, this list automatically populates with the modules you access most often, providing another quick way to start a new record. This list updates automatically based on your usage.
Modules (Bottom Navigation)
Selecting the Modules icon (usually grid-like) in the bottom navigation bar displays a list of all available modules configured for the mobile app. Selecting a module from this list (e.g., Actions) takes you to the record list view for that module.
From the record list view, you can:

Filter records (e.g., by Status, Hierarchy).

Sort records (e.g., Newest First, Document Number).

Create a new record for that module using the 'Create New' button.
My Activities (Bottom Navigation)
Selecting the My Activities icon (often a person or list icon) displays a list of all records across all modules that are assigned to you or require your action (e.g., an Action assigned to you, an Incident report awaiting your review). This list can be filtered by module. From here you can select a record to view or edit it.
Account (Bottom Navigation)
Provides access to app settings and logout. See 'Viking App Account Settings and Syncing'.
