Online Learning Module Overview

Introduction to the Online Learning module for creating, managing, delivering, and tracking online courses integrated with Training Records.

myosh Online Learning provides a platform to create, share, test, and verify knowledge through online courses. It integrates directly with myosh Viking Training Records.

Key features include:

  • Course Creation: Uploading SCORM, PDF, or MP4 content.

  • Course Management: Editing details, managing versions, activating/deactivating courses.

  • Enrolment Management: Enrolling users into courses.

  • Public Invitations: Allowing non-myosh users to complete courses via link or QR code.

  • Progress Tracking: Monitoring user enrolment status and completion via integration with Training Records.

  • Course Library: Browsing available active courses.

  • My Courses: User view of their assigned courses, status, certificates, and retake options.

Administration functions (Courses, Enrolments, Reports, Settings) are typically accessed via the Admin menu. Pricing is based on Course Attendances.
