Using the Online Learning Library and My Courses
Explains the user-facing Library and My Courses views within the Online Learning module.
Library View
The 'Library' lists all 'Active' courses available in Online Learning that users can potentially be enrolled in or browse.
Key features:

Browsing: Users can see course titles, cover images (if added), duration, and tags.

Filtering/Sorting: Options to view courses based on categories (tags), alphabetically, or by last modified date.

View Format: Courses can be displayed in a grid or table view.

Course Details: Selecting a course displays its description and the logged-in user's current status for that course (e.g., Not Started, Completed).

Administrators: Can preview SCORM courses directly from the library/admin view.
My Courses View
The 'My Courses' menu provides a personalized view for the logged-in user, summarizing the status of all Online Learning courses they are enrolled in.
Key features:

Status Summary: Groups courses by 'Not Started', 'In Progress', and 'Completed'.

Start Course: Option to begin courses listed under 'Not Started'.

Download Certificate: For 'Completed' courses, allows downloading the completion certificate (if configured).

Retake Course: Option to retake a 'Completed' course.
