Drills Record List Filters

Explains how to filter the list of records within the Drills and Exercises module.

The Drills and Exercises module provides several ways to filter the record list to find specific drills.

Date Filters

Use the date range dropdown (often labeled 'Last Edited' or similar) at the top of the list. Options typically include All, This Month, Last Three Months, Last Six Months, and This Year. See 'Searching Records' for general information on date filters.

Column Header Filters

Click on column headers like 'Type', 'Drill Date', 'Type of Drill', or 'DocNo' to reveal dropdown menus. Select checkboxes to filter by specific values within that column (e.g., filter by 'Bushfire' under 'Type of Drill'). Tick 'Show all' within the dropdown to clear the filter for that column. See 'Searching Records' for general information on column filters.

You can also use the 'Search Records', 'Customise Column Headings', and 'Save View' features as described in the General Features documentation.
