Managing Training Matrix Views
How to create, update, remove, and share custom views in the Training Matrix.
Manage Views allows you to save specific filter and display configurations in the Training Matrix for quick reuse. Views can be personal or shared globally.
Creating and Using a View

Apply the desired filters and display options to the Training Matrix.

Select the triple dots icon (More Options) and choose 'Save current view'.

Enter a descriptive Name for the view.

Optionally, check 'Global view' to make this view available to other Training Matrix users.

Select 'Save'.

To use a saved view later, select it from the main view dropdown list (usually located near the top or via a specific 'Views' button/menu).
Restoring a View
If you have applied temporary filters on top of a saved view, you can revert to the view's original saved state.

Select the triple dots icon (More Options).

Choose 'Restore current view'. This will clear any temporary filters and display the view as it was originally saved.
Removing an Existing View

Select 'Manage Views'.

Select the 'Update/Remove existing views' option.

Select the view you wish to remove from the list.

Select the 'Remove' button.
Updating an Existing View

Apply the new filter/display settings you want to save to the view.

Select 'Manage Views'.

Select the 'Update/Remove existing views' option.

Select the view you wish to update from the list.

Optionally, edit the view name using the 'Edit' icon if needed.

Select the 'Update' button. The view will now reflect the currently applied settings.
