Training Matrix Overview and Access

The New Training Matrix is available to all customers who have the Training Records module. It provides a visual representation of training compliance based on defined requirements.
Accessing the Training Matrix
The Training Matrix can be accessed via the Training Records module.
Access is typically available to members of the Admin group. If other users (e.g., Power Users) require access, contact the support desk to enable 'Training Management > Read' permissions for their user group. This grants access to view the Training Matrix.
Prerequisites
To use the Training Matrix effectively, it is important to ensure that the Training Management setup (Competencies, Occupation Requirements, Competency Groups) is completed first. Refer to 'Setting up Training Management for Training Matrix' for details.
